Logline: A philandering screenwriter finds inspiration from an introverted actress, who turns out to be his nemesis neighbor.

Synopsis: Ryan is a screenwriter who goes through life by avoiding any decision making. Thus, the modern online dating scene is perfect for his non-committal nature. Jennifer is an aspiring actress who fears to step out of her comfort zone. During a chance encounter at a coffee shop, Ryan and Jennifer become friends, not knowing that they are actually each other’s dreaded next door neighbor. Watch as the unlikely couple work through Ryan’s fear of commitment, Jennifer’s social anxiety, overcoming their neighborly feud, and ultimately change each other for the better.
